Job Title: SAP HANA Administrator We are seeking a SAP HANA Administrator to support our SAP implementation and provide ongoing system administration post-implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP modules and strong skills in troubleshooting and system management to ensure smooth SAP operations. Key Responsibilities: SAP Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation and configuration of SAP modules based on business requirements, ensuring successful deployment. Data Migration & Integration: Support data migration and system integration activities, ensuring seamless transfer and integration across systems. End-User Training & Support: Provide end-user training to ensure smooth adoption of SAP functionalities and act as the go-to person for SAP-related queries and support. System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor SAP system performance, apply patches, and manage system upgrades to ensure optimal operation and stability. User Access & Security Management: Administer user access, security settings, and system configurations to maintain a secure SAP environment. Primary SAP Support Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for SAP support, addressing user queries and resolving system issues promptly. Documentation & Process Optimization: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures to support future enhancements and troubleshooting efforts. System Enhancements & Optimization: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process optimizations to improve system efficiency. Stay Updated with SAP Releases: Stay updated on new SAP releases and evaluate their relevance to the organization's needs. Requirements: Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SAP Administrator or in a similar role with a focus on SAP HANA. SAP Expertise: Expertise in SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, and others. Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture and SAP Basis administration. System Administration Skills: Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and user management within SAP environments. Problem-Solving & Communication: Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Certification: SAP Administration certification is preferred. Bonus Skills: Experience in Full Stack Development would be an added advantage.
