Sales Development Representative (SDR) Experience: 2 5 Years Education: BBA, BSc, BTech/BE, BCA, MSc, MTech, MBA/PGDM, MCA Location: Pune About the Role We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive lead generation, build strong client pipelines, and support our global IT services business. The ideal candidate has experience in IT/SaaS sales, understands international markets, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Required Skills IT Sales / SaaS Sales Lead Generation Business Development Cold Calling Good to Have Email Marketing Cloud or Software Sales Excellent Communication Skills Key Responsibilities Proactively generate leads through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking. Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales funnel to create new opportunities. Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for senior sales or technical teams. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline reports. Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align efforts and improve conversion rates. Clearly articulate complex IT services (cloud, AI, data, software development) to business leaders. Apply consultative selling techniques to understand client pain points and position IT services as value-driven solutions. Requirements 2 5 years of experience in inside sales or business development (IT services/SaaS preferred). Proven success in lead generation and pipeline development. Experience selling to North American and EU markets. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of IT services (cloud, AI, data, software development preferred). Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
