Role Overview: Customer Success Manager Cybersecurity We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) with a strong background in cybersecurity to manage strategic customer accounts and ensure they realize maximum value from CloudSEK s solutions. You ll be the primary point of contact for clients, combining your relationship management skills with technical cybersecurity expertise to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive retention, engagement, and growth.
