Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, with a focus on developing and deploying complex security solutions. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud security models and the integration of IAM/PAM solutions in cloud environments. Familiarity with Agile methodology and DevOps principles. Relevant certifications in CyberSecurity (CISSP, CISM, etc.) and IAM/PAM technologies.
