Policy & Framework Implementation Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with evolving regulatory requirements. Support the implementation of security frameworks, including ISO 27001/27701 and NIST. Collaboration with DPO & vCISO Assist the DPO in meeting data protection and privacy requirements, including conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs). Work with the vCISO to align compliance initiatives with overall security objectives. Risk Management Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and privacy risks. Maintain a risk register, track remediation efforts, and report risk status to stakeholders. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, audit, or a related role. Strong knowledge of SOC 2, GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001/27701, and SOX regulations. Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and policy implementation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
