Position: Lead/Deputy Manager SEO/PPC Experience: 9 12 years Location: Thiruvananthapuram About the Role We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented digital marketing professional with strong expertise in SEO and/or PPC to lead and optimize our digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and PPC strategies to increase online visibility and drive targeted traffic. Conduct in-depth keyword research and leverage data-driven insights to shape content strategies aligned with user intent and conversion goals. Perform technical SEO audits to improve site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and mobile usability. Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms for maximum ROI. Monitor, analyze, and report SEO and PPC performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in SEO, PPC, and social media marketing, integrating innovations to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Required Qualifications & Skills 9+ years of total experience, including 6+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and/or PPC. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, generate insights, and inform strategy decisions. Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus. Solid understanding of content marketing and user experience principles, and how they complement SEO and PPC to drive engagement and ROI. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain SEO/PPC concepts and report performance metrics to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
