Work with internal Tech teams (Software Developer, Manual/Automation Testers), Engineering, Sales, and business teams. Hands-on experience with one or more languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, PHP, C#). Hands-on experience with one more Testing Framework (Nightwatch, WebdriverIO, TestNG, Testcafe, PHPUnit, JUnit, Pytest, Cucumber, etc. ). Hands-on experience with Automation Testing tools (like Selenium, Appium, Cypress) and Hybrid cloud-based SAAS solutions. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and their implementation. Strong at debugging the code and performing root cause analysis. Strong knowledge of Web-based applications, various browsers, and HTML DOM, and CSS. Should have hands-on experience with any CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure Pipelines). Experience with tools like IntelliJ IDE, Jira, GitHub and ServiceNow/Zoho Desk. Awareness of ITIL and Customer Success/Support processes. Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or other Engineering or Technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience. 3+ yrs of L3 Support or Application Support. Train and mentor front-line support on troubleshooting methodology. Qualification : Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or other Engineering or Technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
