Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, QA, and Scrum Masters to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Design and build REST APIs for internal and external integrations, supporting API-driven development. Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues, security vulnerabilities, and performance improvements. Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and promote shared problem-solving within the team. Assist the product owner in understanding work complexity, dependencies, and estimating delivery timelines. Work with architects and senior developers to design new features, develop design principles, and influence the overall direction of development for SunSystems. What You ll Need: Basic Qualifications: Strong expertise in .NET development, including deep knowledge of the Base Class Library (BCL) and ASP.NET Core. Experience working within Agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Enthusiasm for teamwork, with a collaborative attitude toward remote team interactions. Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying updated on industry best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate large-scale, complex systems and data. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Enterprise, SaaS, or web platform software development lifecycle. Familiarity with complementary technologies such as Java, Typescript, XHR, Tomcat, Service-based architectures, AWS, Microsoft SQL Server, or similar RDBMS. Proficiency in CI/CD toolchains, Visual Studio, Rider, VS Code, PowerShell, Jenkins, and Git. A customer-centric mindset with an understanding of end-user needs and experience developing user-friendly software. Knowledge of financial applications, especially in accounting and reporting, or familiarity with Infor SunSystems, Query, and Analysis is a plus but not required.
