What You ll Bring Essential Requirements Expertise in defining, measuring, and improving reliability metrics (SLOs, SLIs, error budgets). Strong experience in observability practices (monitoring, logging, distributed tracing), preferably using Splunk and New Relic, including the ability to create custom dashboards from scratch. Proficiency in infrastructure automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible playbooks, with scripting experience in Python.
