Experience: Extensive experience managing complex IT projects and programs across both business and technology functions. Proven experience in leading large-scale technology transformations using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Expertise in managing multiple projects, balancing scope, budget, risks, and timelines. Skills: Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party suppliers. Financial management expertise with the ability to negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
