Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Design and Automation Architect, implement and maintain a multi-tenant SaaS solution leveraging Kubernetes namespaces and container orchestration tools. Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, and GitHub Actions. Transition legacy applications to cloud-native, containerized microservices architectures. Scalability and Auto-Scaling Design and implement auto-scaling solutions using Kubernetes tools like Karpenter or EKS Managed Node Groups. Monitor and enhance system performance by analyzing resource utilization and scalability. Database and Application Management Work with multi-schema databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) to support shared hardware architecture. Ensure seamless tenant onboarding using dynamic namespace configuration and environment variables. Cloud Platform Expertise Use AWS services and tools effectively. Prepare architecture for AWS Marketplace using best practices in cloud hosting and deployment. Collaboration and Documentation Participate in workshops for product understanding and scope definition with stakeholders. Maintain detailed documentation of designs, deployment models, and architectural enhancements. AWS Well-Architected & FTR Compliance Hands-on experience conducting AWS Foundational Technical Reviews (FTR) for AWS Marketplace listings. Strong understanding of AWS Well-Architected Framework best practices, including security, reliability, and operational excellence. Proficiency in IAM, encryption, logging, monitoring, disaster recovery (DR), and cost optimization strategies required for FTR compliance. Ability to implement AWS security controls, perform self-assessments, and ensure AWS Marketplace solutions meet AWS guidelines. Technical Requirements: Must-Have Skills Strong expertise in Kubernetes. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and automation. Knowledge of multi-tenant architectures and namespace-based service segregation. Experience with SaaS deployments on cloud platforms like AWS. Preferred Skills Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle, and expertise in multi-schema configurations. Experience with auto-scaling and dynamic resource allocation. Responsibilities: Project Ownership & Delivery: Own the complete delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they meet quality, scope, and timeline requirements. Manage multiple projects with a team size of 5-8 members, overseeing the entire project lifecycle. Track and manage project requirements and ensure successful implementation across different project phases. Stakeholder Management & Risk Analysis: Participate in business meetings with functional and delivery heads. Review contracts, assess risks, and perform risk mitigation exercises. Keep management informed of risks and mitigation strategies throughout the project. Planning & Process Compliance: Develop Software Development Plans, Configuration Management Plans, and Project Plans to guide project execution. Ensure adherence to process and system compliance throughout the project's lifecycle. Escalation & Issue Management: Handle escalations efficiently, whether internal or external, to maintain project timelines and quality. Team Coaching & Mentoring: Provide leadership by coaching and mentoring project team members. Training & Development: Identify training needs (both technical and managerial) within the team. Implement necessary training programs to improve the team s capabilities. Quality Assurance: Ensure that the project complies with Newgen Quality Systems and Procedures to maintain high standards of delivery. Desired Profile: Education & Experience: B.E/B. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MCA (or an equivalent degree). A M. Tech is preferred. 4-8 years of relevant industry experience with a focus on development projects across various domains. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Core Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, and Oracle/SQL. Good knowledge of SOAP/REST API, Multithreading, Web Application concepts, programming/logic writing, and data structures. Experience with database concepts, including table management, stored procedures, functions, queries, primary/unique keys, joins, referential integrity, normalization, and performance tuning. Understanding of system integration issues and configurable solution design. Industry Knowledge: Experience in banking retail loans and MSB (Managed Service Business) is an advantage. Project & Stakeholder Management: Ability to gather, analyze, and draw logical conclusions from project data. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance customer requests with team resources. People Management Skills: Proven ability to manage a team, handle performance and disciplinary issues, and deal with employee grievances.
