Position: Cloud Security Lead Location: Hyderabad Experience Required: 8+ Years Role Overview: As the Cloud Security Lead at Evergent, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our cloud security strategy across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Your leadership will ensure that cloud applications and infrastructure remain secure and compliant with industry standards. You'll guide a team of security experts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate robust security measures into every stage of development. Key Responsibilities: Cloud Security Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive cloud security framework for AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. Governance & Compliance: Establish and maintain cloud security governance, ensuring full compliance with SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and data privacy regulations. Risk & Vulnerability Management: Lead security assessments, conduct risk analysis, and develop effective remediation strategies. Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and grow a team of security architects and engineers. Incident Response: Manage security incident detection, analysis, containment, and recovery processes. Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, IT operations, and software development teams to seamlessly integrate security practices throughout the SDLC. Security Tools Management: Evaluate, implement, and manage cloud security tools, such as AWS Security Hub and Azure Security Center. Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of emerging security threats and recommend strategies for ongoing security enhancements. Qualifications & Requirements: Educational Background: BE, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related fields. Preferred Skills: Over 8 years of experience in information security or related IT fields. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal). Highly organized, proactive, and a problem solver with attention to detail. Relevant certifications in security or cloud technologies are a plus. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cloud computing architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), encryption, network security, and data protection. Familiarity with SIEM systems and their application in cloud environments. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Qualification : BE, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or any Bachelor computer degree.
