Job Summary: Halliburton is looking for a skilled Well Site Service Representative for Baroid Fluid Services. This role focuses on delivering expert service to customers, managing drilling fluid technology, performing specialized testing, and optimizing wellbore value. The position also includes training and mentoring junior field representatives and assisting with well planning and business delivery activities. Key Responsibilities: Fluid Services and Operations: Provide well site service to Baroid customers, utilizing advanced knowledge of colloidal chemistry, volume, and hydraulics calculations. Conduct and interpret routine and specialized testing to guide Baroid s customized engineering fluids. Guidance and Training: Mentor and train Fluid Service Representatives on company products, services, and drilling fluid technology. Facilitate training on optimizing service quality, understanding rig operations, and addressing customer needs. Optimization and Well Planning: Assist the operator s representative in specific operations planning and optimizing drilling operations. Support the Baroid Technical Professional and Operations staff in well planning and business delivery activities. Track material usage and maintain accurate records for inventory and billing purposes. Health, Safety, and Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations during all job activities. Review well recaps for accuracy and document lessons learned from each project. Qualifications: Required: High School Diploma (minimum) and Mud Training from Halliburton. A minimum of 5 years of experience in fluid services. Preferred: An undergraduate degree in any discipline. Proven experience in field services and fluid technologies. Skills Required: Proficiency in colloidal chemistry, volume calculations, and hydraulics. Strong interpersonal skills to maintain good relationships with customers and rig personnel. Solid understanding of drilling operations, service quality optimization, and testing procedures.
