The ideal candidate should have strong CAD skills, hands-on experience with prototyping and validation, and a deep understanding of component manufacturing and system integration. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of mechanical pump systems for automotive applications (fuel, oil, water). Create detailed 3D and 2D CAD designs using Creo; manage design data using PLM systems. Support prototype builds and testing at bench and vehicle levels. Conduct FEA and CFD simulations to optimize performance, durability, and design integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
