Flutter Mobile App Developer Location: Nashik, India Experience: 2-3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and innovative Flutter Mobile App Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement project objectives and ensure seamless, high-performance mobile app experiences for users. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy mobile applications using the Flutter framework and Dart language. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that delivers high performance and scalability. Develop user interface components and implement them following Flutter/Dart workflows and best practices. Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to ensure the successful delivery of business goals and project objectives. Perform code reviews of team members' commits as part of the CI/CD cycle. Participate in testing, quality assurance, and bug fixing processes to ensure a seamless product experience. Contribute to the overall app architecture and design patterns like MVC, MVP, MVVM, etc. Troubleshoot and optimize mobile applications for better performance and responsiveness. Must-Have Skills: Strong understanding of state management (BLoC), Flutter flavors, and app architecture. In-depth experience with Dart asynchronous programming, utilizing Futures and Streams. Experience with creating and using Dart and Flutter packages, Flutter widgets, and custom plugins. Familiarity with common mobile design patterns like MVC, MVP, Singleton, Factory, and MVVM. Proficiency in mobile development tools such as code analyzers, layout inspectors, performance view, memory view, and multithreading. Experience with unit testing and UI testing for mobile apps. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Fastlane, and AWS CodeBuild. Ability to work effectively in a remote software development environment. Experience in building apps for consumer goods is a bonus. Strong communication skills and consultative approach, with the ability to work independently and proactively. Preferred Skills: Experience with Firebase, Azure DevOps, and PWA (Progressive Web Apps). Familiarity with Git for version control and Webpack for bundling.
