Key Responsibilities: Design & Create Engaging Layouts: Design and create visually appealing, responsive website layouts and interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences. Collaborate with Developers: Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented seamlessly across all devices, ensuring a high-quality product. Maintain Design Consistency: Ensure design consistency across different pages, ensuring usability and adherence to accessibility standards. Client & Team Collaboration: Work with clients and team members to understand design requirements, adjusting concepts as needed to meet project goals. Maintain & Update Existing Designs: Regularly update and maintain existing website designs as per client feedback and evolving project requirements. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in web design. Design Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. Strong Understanding of UX & Responsive Design: Solid understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices in responsive design. Front-End Knowledge (Optional but a Plus): Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into effective visual designs. A keen eye for detail and creativity is a must.
