Continuous Improvement: Promote and lead a culture of continuous improvement using methodologies like **Lean, Six Sigma**, and problem-solving tools (**8D, 5 Whys, PDCA**). Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards applicable to the automotive industry. Skills and Qualifications Experience & Education Education: Bachelor s degree in Electronics Engineering or related fields. Experience: Minimum of **8 years in a Quality leadership role** within the automotive industry, and at least **10 years of experience in electronics and mechanical manufacturing**. Certifications & Standards Expertise Certifications: **Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is required.** Standards Expertise: Extensive knowledge of automotive quality standards (especially **IATF 16949**) and familiarity with **ISO 26262 (Functional Safety)**. Technical & Analytical Skills Quality Tools Proficiency: Expertise in using core quality tools such as **8D, APQP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA**. Manufacturing Knowledge: Familiarity with advanced manufacturing processes and technologies relevant to the automotive industry.
