Position: Senior Production Engineer Department: Production Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Engineer to lead daily production operations, driving safety, quality, and efficiency on the shop floor. This role involves strategic planning, process optimization, and close collaboration with supply chain and quality teams to ensure smooth and compliant production workflows. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily production activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and productivity targets. Develop, execute, and continuously improve production plans and schedules to meet business objectives. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and effective inventory management. Identify process bottlenecks and lead initiatives to implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, quality control procedures, and industry certifications such as ISO and TS standards. Lead quality control efforts, investigate deviations or non-conformities, and work with Quality Assurance to ensure finished products meet customer specifications. Drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize production output while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline (B.E/B.Tech). Proven experience in production engineering within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with industry certifications and regulatory standards. Qualification : Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline (B.E/B.Tech).

Position: Quality Engineer Aluminium Extrusion Department: Quality Assurance Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our Aluminium Extrusion division. This role is critical in ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards and customer specifications. You will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, conducting inspections, analyzing production data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and conduct quality inspections throughout the aluminium extrusion process to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards. Perform visual and dimensional inspections to detect defects such as surface irregularities, warping, or out-of-spec measurements. Analyze production workflows to identify and implement quality improvements along the extrusion lines. Work closely with production and engineering teams to develop and execute corrective and preventive actions. Draft, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support consistent product quality. Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and control measures. Provide technical support to production teams on quality-related issues and ensure alignment with best practices. Ensure products comply with applicable national and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001) for aluminium products. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor s degree in Engineering (B.Tech), preferably in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Quality Engineer in the aluminium extrusion industry. Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and relevant industry-specific quality standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot and resolve quality issues promptly. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Qualification : Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech), preferably in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or a related field.
