Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy & Workforce Planning Develop and execute annual and quarterly manpower plans aligned with the organization s strategic goals. Forecast and manage hiring needs across corporate, site, and EPC functions including engineering, procurement, project management, regulatory, and finance. Build strong talent pipelines for permanent, contractual, and niche technical roles. Conduct competitive benchmarking and track industry hiring trends to proactively identify top talent.
