Prior experience in other technologies and frameworks such as WordPress, Drupal, Magento, Joomla etc is an added advantage. Ability to solve problems quickly and completely. Ability to work well independently with minimal direction and lead team. Flexibility to switch between front end and backend development is important. Qualification : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science/Engineering (B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA).
