Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with hands-on technical management in large-scale systems, algorithms, and tools within the machine learning domain. 5+ years of coding experience in one of the following languages: C++, Java, Python, or PHP. BS/MS in Computer Science or a related discipline, or 4+ years of work experience in lieu of a degree. Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management. Strong technical skills combined with effective people management abilities. Experience supporting and scaling machine learning teams and systems. Subject matter expertise in machine learning technologies and practices. Commitment to staying in the same team in India for a minimum of 24 months before being eligible for transfer.
