Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. At least 14 years of experience in a similar senior QA management role within a fast-paced, agile software development environment. Strong expertise in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). Excellent leadership and people management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage expectations and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve common goals. Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and roadmaps. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus. Experience with AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), and tools like AWS SageMaker is preferred but not mandatory.
