Key Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in technical writing within software or technology environments. Exceptional skills in organizing and presenting complex technical information clearly. Strong ability to write instructional content, including user manuals, installation guides, FAQs, and API documentation. Effective collaboration skills to work with product management, engineering, and QA teams. Ability to review, edit, and update documentation to reflect product updates and improve clarity. Commitment to maintaining documentation accuracy, consistency, and industry standards. Preferred Skills Hands-on approach to documentation development and management. Proactive ownership of documentation projects and deliverables. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
