The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, and database technologies, with a flair for teaching and mentoring. Key Responsibilities: Design and conduct hands-on training sessions covering end-to-end Full Stack Development. Develop training content, assignments, and assessments aligned with the syllabus. Provide learners with real-world projects and coding scenarios. Conduct interactive, engaging sessions both online and offline. Guide learners on design patterns, coding best practices, debugging, and logical problem-solving. Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance. Stay up to date with the latest backend and frontend technology trends.
