Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior Data Scientist to lead cutting-edge AI/ML initiatives. You ll work on Recommendation Engines, Chatbots, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver real-world, scalable solutions that directly impact product performance and customer engagement. This role requires strong technical expertise, innovation, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams. Key Responsibilities Design and deploy Recommendation Systems using collaborative filtering, matrix factorization, and content-based filtering. Build intelligent Chatbots and virtual assistants with NLP capabilities for automated customer interaction. Develop Generative AI models for content creation, automation, and intelligent business processes. Research and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, T5 for domain-specific applications. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI/ML models into production-ready systems. Perform data exploration, preprocessing, and feature engineering on large structured and unstructured datasets. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and contribute new ideas for innovation and process improvement. Mentor junior team members, promote best practices, and lead by example in AI/ML project execution. Translate business requirements into machine learning solutions in collaboration with product and business teams. Ensure ethical AI practices and implement explainability and bias-mitigation strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles. Hands-on experience building and deploying Recommendation Engines at scale. Proven expertise in NLP and Conversational AI (chatbots, virtual assistants). Deep knowledge of Generative AI models including Transformers and GANs. Proficiency with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5, etc.). Strong command of Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, NLTK, NumPy, Pandas. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for ML model deployment. Solid experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and querying large datasets using SQL/NoSQL. Familiarity with MLOps tools and workflows for deploying and monitoring ML models in production. Strong mathematical and statistical foundation in model development and evaluation. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Reinforcement Learning and personalization in recommendation systems. Understanding of ethical AI, fairness, and bias detection techniques. Prior exposure to A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and AI performance monitoring. Experience mentoring junior data scientists and leading cross-functional AI/ML projects. Position: Sr. Java Developer Experience: 5-8 Years Work Location: Jaipur Job Description: Responsible for the development of web-based applications. Design, code, and implement small and medium-level software assignments, including multiple modules or cross-functional capabilities. Understand system architecture and apply it to design and issue resolution. Assist with the generation of detailed design documents and conduct design reviews for other developers. Identify opportunities to standardize or improve development processes and contribute to the implementation of suggested changes. Write and execute unit test cases for the developed functionalities.
