Role Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Engineer Mobile Development to spearhead the design, development, and optimization of mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Leadership & Architecture Lead the development of robust, scalable, and high-performing mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. Own the full mobile development lifecycle from architecture and design to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. 2. Mobile Development & Hands-On Engineering Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Kotlin (including Kotlin Multiplatform), Android frameworks, and Swift/Objective-C for iOS. Build reusable libraries, components, and frameworks to streamline development. Implement modern UI/UX standards, animations, and seamless interactions for an exceptional user experience. Ensure apps are optimized for performance, battery usage, and responsiveness across devices. 3. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers to translate product requirements into technical solutions. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Stay current with mobile development trends, tools, and best practices.
