Department: Resource Management We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Resource Manager to work closely with the Sales team and Project Managers to ensure optimal resource mapping and allocation across multiple projects. This role will focus on pre-kickoff resource planning, identifying and addressing resource gaps, and tracking project status to ensure smooth execution. Strong expertise in performance metrics, data analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Proficiency with MS Office and program management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Basecamp, etc.). Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Strategic business acumen and executive presence. Proven experience managing large SAP or SaaS implementation programs (EAM, PM, MM, WM, EWM). Skilled at prioritization, planning, and delivering complex projects.
