Qualifications 4-5 years of hands-on experience in VMware technologies, with proven expertise in cloud transformations. Bachelor's or Master s degree in Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or Computer Science Engineering. VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification (latest track preferred). Strong knowledge of storage technologies including SAN, vSAN, NFS, DAS, RAID, SCSI, and Fibre Channel. Solid troubleshooting and system administration skills across VMware products, especially NSX. Experience managing virtual machine backup and recovery processes. Strong understanding of server hardware platforms and their performance optimization in virtualized environments. Proficiency in networking concepts (subnets, gateways, masks, etc.). Expertise in performance monitoring and issue troubleshooting. Familiarity with Linux OS for integration and support.
