Job Title: Production Head - Server Manufacturing We are looking for an experienced Production Head to lead and manage our server production operations. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in server manufacturing, with a proven track record of leadership and deep technical expertise in large-scale production operations. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement production strategies that align with the company's goals and industry standards. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of production supervisors and technicians, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence. End-to-End Production Management: Oversee the entire server production lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to execution and final product delivery. Ensure adherence to production schedules without compromising on quality and efficiency. Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Track production metrics, analyze data, and drive corrective actions when necessary to maintain high standards and resolve any inefficiencies. Resource Planning & Optimization: Efficiently manage resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials. Optimize production processes to maximize productivity while minimizing costs. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and seamless execution of the production plan. Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce quality control measures to meet industry standards and customer requirements. Drive initiatives focused on improving product quality, reliability, and performance. Requirements: Educational Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred. Experience: A minimum of 10+ years in a leadership role within server production or a similar manufacturing industry. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of server hardware, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance practices. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage multiple priorities, and create an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments. Operational Knowledge: Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in a manufacturing environment. Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior operations management, specifically within the electronics manufacturing industry. Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies, particularly those related to server production. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, creating an environment that fosters collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities to drive improvements and meet operational goals. Quality Management & Lean Manufacturing: Solid understanding of quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles.
