Job Title: Junior UI/UX Designer Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year Positions Available: 02 Qualification: Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Design or a related field Job Description: As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in crafting intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our suite of products. Your primary responsibilities will include: User Experience Research: Investigate and gather user experience requirements, collaborating with clients, product curators, and internal teams to define design objectives. UI/UX Strategy Development: Conceptualize and develop a cohesive UI/UX design strategy that aligns with the brand's identity and goals. Design Creation: Produce high-quality UX design solutions, including wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and interactive prototypes. Collaboration: Work closely with clients, product teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure user requirements are fully understood and met. Wireframing & Prototyping: Design intuitive UI elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets, and build page navigation, buttons, and search fields. Visual Design: Create original graphic designs, including images, icons, and illustrations, to enhance user interaction and overall experience. Design Presentation: Prepare and present design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and securing approval. UI/UX Troubleshooting: Identify design issues and resolve them through layout adjustments based on user feedback and testing. Quality Control: Ensure designs follow brand style guidelines, maintaining consistency in fonts, colors, and imagery across all digital platforms. Testing & Optimization: Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, and landing pages, refining them to ensure a seamless user experience. Skills & Requirements: Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in UI/UX design or a related field. Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. UI/UX Principles: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. Attention to Detail: Ability to produce pixel-perfect designs and maintain design consistency across multiple projects. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present design concepts and rationale. Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, integrating feedback constructively. Creative Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve design challenges based on user feedback and testing. Qualification : Bachelors or Masters Degree in Design or a related field
