Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and business models (ARR, CAC, NRR, LTV, etc.). Proven track record in capital planning, investor relations, and fundraising. Experience in IPO preparation, governance, audit, and regulatory compliance. Strong command over FP&A, financial modeling, and enterprise risk management. Demonstrated ability to scale finance teams and systems in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a results-oriented mindset.
