General Summary: Become an integral member of the team responsible for ensuring the quality of Connectivity SoCs through advanced Design for Test (DFT) techniques. This role involves using Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG) and Memory Built-In Self-Test (MBIST) strategies to enhance manufacturing test processes and ensure robust silicon performance. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with the design team to ensure adherence to DFT design rules and coverage requirements.
