Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred). Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and ITIL processes. Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Qualification : Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
