Position: Senior Production Engineer Department: Production Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Engineer to lead daily production operations, driving safety, quality, and efficiency on the shop floor. This role involves strategic planning, process optimization, and close collaboration with supply chain and quality teams to ensure smooth and compliant production workflows. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily production activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and productivity targets. Develop, execute, and continuously improve production plans and schedules to meet business objectives. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and effective inventory management. Identify process bottlenecks and lead initiatives to implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, quality control procedures, and industry certifications such as ISO and TS standards. Lead quality control efforts, investigate deviations or non-conformities, and work with Quality Assurance to ensure finished products meet customer specifications. Drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize production output while maintaining high-quality standards.
