Basic Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Typically, 6+ years of experience in a relevant industry, with at least 2+ years in a similar sales enablement role. Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in sales and sales enablement with a solid understanding of how to support and enhance the sales process. Skills: Strong proficiency in sales strategy, training, and technology. Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends and sales enablement technologies. Other Qualifications: Advanced Degree: A Master's degree or other advanced qualifications in a relevant field is a plus. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP), are a plus and demonstrate commitment to professional growth.
