Technical Skills Bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited college or university. 7+ years of experience in manual testing, with at least 2 years in the insurance domain. Strong knowledge of insurance processes (e.g., Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Billing). Proficiency in designing and executing manual test cases and working with defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA, Bugzilla, HP ALM).
