This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to digital transformation projects by designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that are backed by solid user research. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be integral in creating seamless user experiences across platforms, ensuring designs are both functional and aesthetically aligned with client needs. Key Responsibilities: User Research & Insights: Conduct user research, client interviews, and surveys to understand client needs and behaviors, following the design thinking approach to gain deep insights. UI Design: Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that are research-driven and aligned with brand guidelines. Ensure interfaces are user-friendly and functional across devices and screen sizes. Graphic Asset Creation: Develop high-quality logos, icons, buttons, images, and graphical assets to enhance the overall UI. Responsive Design: Apply responsive design principles to ensure a seamless experience across different devices and screen sizes. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate design concepts into functional products. User Advocacy: Champion user-centered design principles and ensure that design decisions align with user needs and behaviors. Iterative Design Process: Embrace an iterative design approach, refining and improving designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and project requirements. Prototyping & Personas: Create personas, user journeys, and prototypes to showcase design concepts and demonstrate how the final product will look and function. Requirements: Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or other UI/UX design software. Design Skills: Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Web Technologies: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress. Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approaches. Communication: Excellent communication skills for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting design decisions to team members and clients. Portfolio: A well-curated portfolio that demonstrates a range of UI/UX design skills and successful projects. User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. Development Familiarity: Experience with responsive design and familiarity with web and mobile development technologies. Accessibility: Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines is a plus.
