About You 12+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or content development in an IT environment. 2+ years of leadership experience managing documentation teams. Expertise in SaaS product documentation, API documentation, and enterprise software content. Proficiency in documentation tools and content management systems. Experience developing and implementing documentation style guides. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail. Technical understanding of data, analytics, and enterprise technology solutions.
