Role Overview As a Technical Support Associate, you will: Provide multi-level support for hardware, software, OS, and network issues. Troubleshoot problems using remote access, email, and phone. Deliver technical advice, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Represent the brand with strong communication and technical expertise.
