Debug and troubleshoot issues in the platform, identifying solutions for complex problems. Work in an Agile environment and contribute to a continuous CI/CD process. Ensure adherence to coding best practices and quality standards. Stay proactive and explore unconventional solutions when existing methods fail. Foster a collaborative team environment through open communication and strong interpersonal skills. What You Will Need: 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Core Java. Strong understanding of data structures and debugging skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and working within a CI/CD process. Knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms and containerization technologies is a plus. Ability to convert business problems into technical solutions and articulate technical challenges to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
