Generate interest in our products/services and achieve sales or support targets. Build and maintain a customer database with accurate information. Follow up with leads and existing customers for repeat or upsell opportunities. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes. Provide complete product/service information and resolve customer inquiries. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication. Candidate Requirements 6 to 12 months of experience in a telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service role. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Assamese. Ability to handle objections, resolve queries, and build rapport with customers. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
