Work closely with other departments to ensure enquiries are addressed comprehensively and promptly. Generate, present, and analyze reports on enquiry trends to support continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or any other discipline. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in using communication tools and enquiry management systems.
