Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Front-End (Angular) Developer to work on the client-side of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Angular (JS/2+), front-end development, and web application frameworks. As part of the development team, you will focus on implementing highly interactive, responsive user interfaces while ensuring high performance across both mobile and desktop platforms. You will collaborate closely with back-end developers to integrate with APIs and contribute to an agile development environment. Responsibilities: Angular Application Development: Develop, test, and maintain advanced Angular (JS/2+) applications, with a strong focus on creating a seamless user experience. UI/UX Design Implementation: Implement user interfaces based on provided designs, focusing on performance, scalability, and high responsiveness for both mobile and desktop environments. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with back-end developers to define API requirements, ensure seamless integration, and optimize the overall user experience. Agile Development: Collaborate within a Scrum team to define and develop application scope and objectives, and work iteratively to prepare functional and technical specifications using Agile methodologies. Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting: Analyze, classify, and resolve complex issues related to both front-end and back-end functionality. Proactively fix bugs and improve system uptime by enhancing system quality. Code Maintenance & Unit Testing: Write well-documented, tested, and idiomatic JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code. Perform unit testing using industry-standard tools and ensure all code is reusable, maintainable, and modular. Performance Optimization: Ensure the front-end application is optimized for performance, including responsive feedback for user actions, non-blocking code, and leveraging advanced techniques like multi-threading. API Integration: Work closely with back-end developers to integrate and communicate with RESTful APIs and external web services. Version Control & Documentation: Utilize version control tools (GitLab preferred) and contribute to technical documentation and peer reviews, ensuring smooth development processes. Continuous Improvement: Take the initiative to drive issue resolution and system enhancements. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in front-end development to continuously improve processes and products. Requirements: Technical Expertise: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS/Angular 2+ framework. Strong knowledge of ES6 and TypeScript. Hands-on experience with unit testing using industry-standard tools. Familiarity with version control systems (GitLab preferred). Web Technologies Knowledge: Deep understanding of web application components including platform, database, API, caching layers, and web services. Experience in integrating with RESTful APIs and optimizing the front-end for performance. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues, analyze business requirements, and provide innovative solutions. Collaborative & Agile Experience: Experience working in an Agile Scrum development environment, with a collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Self-Starter: Proactive in identifying opportunities for system and process improvement, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive results. Performance Focus: Experience in developing high-performance front-end applications and handling multi-threading, non-blocking code, and ensuring seamless user experiences. Attention to Detail: A strong eye for detail in writing clean, reusable, and testable code, as well as ensuring designs are accurately translated into responsive, functional interfaces. Nice to Have: Experience in UI/UX design and familiarity with responsive design techniques. Familiarity with task runners or build automation tools for production deployment.
