Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 20+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. Proven track record of driving business growth and improving supplier performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in contract negotiation and supplier management. Leadership experience with a focus on talent development and team management. Open to working night shifts (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST). Experience in global procurement, especially across US, APAC, and EMEA regions. Preferred Qualifications Master s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management). Experience with supplier relationship management tools and industry-standard best practices. Knowledge of change management and process improvement implementation.
