Job Description: We are looking for a Software Test Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong testing skills, good understanding of test case development, and a passion for ensuring the quality of web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: Test Case Design & Execution: Estimate and prepare test cases based on requirement specifications and verification plans. Execute test cases for Ad-Hoc Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Re-testing, Smoke Testing, Non-functional Testing, and User Acceptance Testing. Regression Testing: Analyze changes in the application and identify areas that need to be regression tested to ensure that new updates don't break existing features. Defect Reporting: Prepare detailed defect/problem reports and work with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with the development team to understand requirements for more effective testing and ensure that testing aligns with project needs. Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive test documentation and test results for future reference and review. Skills & Experience: Testing Types: Strong skills in Ad-Hoc testing, Functional testing, Regression testing, Re-testing, Smoke testing, Non-functional testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Test Case Development: Experience in designing and developing test cases based on requirement specifications and verification plans. Defect Reporting: Experience in preparing defect/problem reports with detailed steps to reproduce, screenshots, and logs.
