The role focuses on delivering top-notch software products aligned with customer expectations, regulatory standards, and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Prepare a strategy for quality product delivery. Strategize, plan, design, prepare, review, execute, monitor, and control Functional Test (positive and negative), Database Test, Regression Test, Smoke Test, Sanity Test, Performance Test (Load and Stress), UI Responsive test. Strategize, plan, design, write scripts, execute, monitor, and control automation of regression and performance tests. Plan, execute, monitor, and control defects/bugs management reporting and driving closure. Validate and reproduce production support bugs/incidents. Conduct Incident Trend Analysis, perform RCA, figure out the scope of improvements, decide actionable items, and drive implementation and closure of actionable items. Education & Experience: BE/BTech, ME/MTech (Computer Science), or MCA preferred. 15+ years in software testing (manual & automation) with 5+ years in managing testing projects. Prior experience as QA Manager or Test Architect. Expertise in SDLC, STLC, Agile processes, and performance testing. Proficient in test planning, execution, and various testing types (functional, regression, security, performance, etc.) Skilled in automation and incident trend analysis (RCA). Experience leading teams of 20+ members. Skills & Competencies: Expertise in Data-driven and Keyword-driven Testing Frameworks. Proficient in cross-browser and parallel testing with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Selenium Grid, and similar tools. Strong multitasking abilities and adherence to strict deadlines. Knowledge of Mobility Testing, BDD frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred). Tools: Selenium, AutoIT, UFT, LoadRunner, JMeter, JIRA, MS Office, Git. Languages: Core Java. Technologies: HTML, XML, VB Script. Databases: MS Access, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB. Operating Systems: Windows, Ubuntu, Mac OS.
