Job Title: Senior Lead / Principal Engineer Thermal Management Location: Coimbatore Function: Engineering Experience: 3 to 15 years Key Purpose Lead the development of compressor cooling systems, heat recovery systems, and thermal management solutions. Oversee the selection and design of heat exchangers, fans, and thermal valves. Drive innovation aimed at improving system performance, enhancing quality, and reducing costs. Manage resources and processes to achieve both short-term and long-term project objectives. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Heat Exchangers, Evaporators, Condensers, Fans, and Thermal Valves, including selection and optimization. Analyze thermal management system performance and provide actionable feedback to the Product Development Operations (PDO) team. Support thermal management for existing products and lead improvement initiatives as needed. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of testing and results related to heat exchangers, evaporators, condensers, fans, and thermal valves in a systematic manner. Experience & Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech); Master s degree in Thermal Engineering or Heat Transfer is a plus. 7 to 12 years of experience in the design and development of cooling system components. Proficient in creating 3D CAD models (preferably using SolidWorks) and detailed designs incorporating GD&T standards. Experienced in producing 2D drawing releases and managing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes. Strong expertise in heat exchanger design. Knowledge of cooling fan selection and fan dynamics. Experience with coolant selection, testing, and heat recovery systems. Familiarity with supplier networks related to cooling system components. Awareness of statutory standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements. Qualification : Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech); Masters degree in Thermal Engineering or Heat Transfer is a plus

Job Title: Mechanical Design Lead Department: ETG Location: Coimbatore Experience Required: 5 15 Years Education: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or Mechatronics M.E / M.Tech in Mechanical or Mechatronics Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Lead to drive the design and development of automotive components and systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Creo, a strong background in mechanical design principles, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes for plastics, sheet metal, and die casting. Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine 3D models of automotive components such as engines, transmissions, chassis, body panels, and enclosures using Creo. Assemble individual components into larger vehicle modules or systems within the CAD environment. Create and evaluate conceptual designs based on customer requirements and engineering standards. Optimize designs for manufacturability, performance, and cost using Creo s advanced design tools such as Behavioral Modeling. Perform FEA and CFD simulations using Creo to validate mechanical performance under stress, thermal, and dynamic conditions. Design complex sheet metal parts and freeform surfaces for bodywork, enclosures, and aerodynamic structures. Create detailed 2D manufacturing drawings with accurate dimensions, GD&T, and annotations. Apply robust design methodologies including DFMEA, DFA, and DFM to ensure product quality and manufacturability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during product development and lead design reviews. Support the design and development of plastic components, especially for instrument clusters, infotainment systems, and display housings. Technical Skills & Requirements: Expert-level proficiency in Creo and strong working knowledge of AutoCAD. Deep understanding of plastic component design, sheet metal, and die casting processes. Proven experience in product design and development, including: Design calculations Design of Experiments (DoE) GD&T and stack-up analysis Design validation and optimization Knowledge of LCD/TFT instrument clusters, infotainment systems, and related mechanical packaging. Strong command of design for manufacturing and assembly principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external stakeholders. Job Title: Senior Engineer Motor Design (Mechanical) Location: Coimbatore Function: E&E Motor Experience: 2 9 years Key Purpose Drive the development and mechanical design of induction motors and high-efficiency special electric machines, including PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) and synchronous reluctance (Syn Rel) motors, ensuring robust performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. Educational Qualification & Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in the mechanical design of electric motors, specifically Induction motors, PMSM, or synchronous reluctance motors Strong familiarity with motor design principles and industry practices Key Responsibilities Lead mechanical design, prototyping, and validation of induction and special electric motors Manage engineering change processes related to motor design and ensure timely statutory approvals Understand Voice of Customer (VOC) inputs to formulate design strategies aligned with performance goals Perform structural, thermal, and rotor dynamic analyses to optimize mechanical and thermal motor performance in collaboration with the electrical engineering team Evaluate how mechanical stresses affect motor performance and balance design for optimal testing and durability Ensure designs meet applicable standards such as IEC, NEMA, including mounting, dimensions, noise, vibration, and ingress protection criteria Qualification : Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering
