Requirements Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics to track the success of campaigns and content. Experience in conducting audience and buyer persona research to create targeted content. Good grasp of social media KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, reach, click-through rates). Familiarity with web design and publishing tools to ensure content is visually appealing and optimized. Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and platforms. Relationship Manager Gated Communities / RWAs Location: Lucknow About the Role As a Relationship Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between AdOnMo and Residential Welfare Associations (RWAs) or gated communities. Your goal is to maintain strong relationships, ensure timely rental collections, minimize churn, and monitor site performance. You will coordinate with internal teams to enable effective below-the-line (BTL) activations and serve as the face of AdOnMo to the community. Key Responsibilities Develop and sustain strong relationships with gated communities and RWAs to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Identify and promptly resolve issues related to billing, maintenance, or service delivery. Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize rental income and enhance site performance.
