The role involves creating test plans and test cases, organizing and motivating the QA team, and ensuring a high level of product quality. You will participate in project kickoff meetings to understand requirements and lead efforts in identifying, analyzing, and documenting bugs and errors. Responsibilities also include regression and security testing to maintain robust and reliable software delivery.
