Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Fusion HCM Extracts and Oracle Fusion Data Integration tools (HDL, FBL, SDL). Proficient in creating OTBI Reports, BI Publisher Reports, Fast Formula, DFF/Flex Fields. Familiarity with VBCS, PCS, and Autonomous Database. Methodology: Knowledge of OUM Methodology for implementing Oracle Fusion HCM. Communication & Leadership: Ability to lead projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
